This document ("Covenant") defines the legal ties between you ("End - user") and NyviaMate ("Entity") concerning your use of the Nyvia app and its related features ("System"). Once you log into or make use of the System, it means you agree to all the rules laid out here. If you don't agree with these terms, you must stop using the System right away.
· Legal Binding: This Covenant is a legally valid contract between you and the Entity. Your use of the System is proof that you accept all its terms.

· Entity's Ownership: All trademarks, logos, content, and software in the System belong to the Entity or its licensors. You are given a limited, non - exclusive right to use the System as allowed by this Covenant.
· Content from Users: When you post content ("User - made Content") on the System, you give the Entity a worldwide, free - of - charge right to use, change, and share it to run the System. You still own your content, but you let the Entity use it to make the System better.
· No Guarantees: The System is provided "as is" and there are no guarantees of any kind. The Entity does not promise that the System is accurate, available, or suitable for any specific purpose.
· Limited Liability: To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Entity will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, or special damages (such as loss of data, service interruptions) that result from using the System.
· Termination: The Entity can stop or block your access to the System without warning if you break this Covenant or any laws.
· Governing Law: This Covenant is governed by the laws of the country where the Entity is registered.
· Settling Disputes: If there is a dispute, we will first try to solve it through talks. If we can't reach an agreement, the dispute will be taken to binding arbitration in the country where the Entity is registered.
